Cheetah Figurine

This is a superb figurine of a cheetah made by Nymphenburg around 1950. It was first designed by Kaerner around 1911 and is one superbly modeled and painted animal figurine! One of my new favorites! The leopard is 4.875 inches tall, 11.125 inches long and 5 inches deep so rather large. He ( and he is a He!) is marked with the impressed shield mark underneath with the model number 326 over 8 and the green shield mark with the word Nymphenburg and Western Germany which dates it to right after WWII. There is also an artist mark that looks to be ZL or LZ on his behind. The earlier pieces have this and are generally of better quality than the newer ones! He is in perfect condition same as the day he left the factory :) New this cost just under 5K and the quality is not nearly as good! Please email me for more information or other pictures.
