Large Terrier Dog Figurine #2

This is a nice large figure of a dog made by Nymphenburg in the early to mid 20th century. I do believe it is a terrier but am somewhat clueless in the dog department :) Either way he is superbly modeled (just look at the fur!) and painted just right to make him very elegant. Nice size as well so he looks great on display. The dog is 8.625 inches tall, 4.75 inches wide and 8.75 inches long. The figurine is marked with the impressed shield mark on the bottom front of his butt as well as with the impressed numbers 628 and 5. Artist initials in black on the back of his left back foot. He is in superb condition with a couple of tiny white spots in the back of his fur from when he was made and the color didn't quite cover them. He displays perfectly and I am jsut being my usual picky self. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $999
