Large Dog on Base

This is a figure of a dog (probably a setter ) made by Nymphenburg in the early 20th century from the original period when first designed. It is superbly modeled and painted just like one would expect from a top maker :) It is 4.5 inches tall, 4.125 inches wide and 10.5 inches long. Marked with the painted impressed shield mark on top of the base with some sort of signature by it, the usual incised/impressed model numbers 429 and 5 underneath the base as well as the painter's mark on top fo the base underneath the dog's tail as shown. Amazingly the figure is in perfect condition even with that tail sticking out like it is! Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $1249
