Hunting Group Centerpiece

This is the rare center piece to the "Nymphenburger Jagd" group of figurines made by Nymphenburg in the early 20th century. There are quite a few figures to this hunting group but the center piece one never sees so I was excited to find it! The large figure includes a lady sitting in front of a column, a gentleman gutting a wild boar and a gentleman in a red coat blowing the hunting horn as well as multiple dogs. The base is superbly modeled including tunnels as well as a fountain. There is lots of scroll work as well as some urns with plants in them and even a dead dear and rabbit lying on the ground. Just an amazing amount of detail to this piece! The piece is marked with the impressed shield mark as well as the number 90 over 1 as shown. The figurine is about 8.75 inches tall, 12 inches wide and 13 inches deep. It displays very nicely but the column on the back has some odd greenery on top that I am sure does not belong, the tree that comes out of the side has lost some small branches and its leaves some of which has been painted to hide perfectly, The knife the gentleman is holding has the blade mostly missing, one of the antler tips on the dead deer has a tiny chip, the greenery in the pots is damaged and has been over painted which could be done better and the scroll in front of the lady has been overpainted as has a small spot in the grass. Considering the size and age of the piece it is in remarkable shape and displays perfectly. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
