Hummingbird & Orchid Figure

This is a superb figurine of a hummingbird with an orchid flower made by Nymphenburg around the mid 20th century. An amazing piece and one of my favorite ones they ever designed. Also one of the hardest to find in perfect condition due to the obviously fragile nature of this figure! An extremely well modeled piece and painted to perfection that just looks fun in your display case! The figure is in perfect condition. It is marked underneath with the impressed shield mark, the numbers 858 over 0 and the green shield mark under a crown with Nymphenburg underneath it as shown.
