German Shepard

This is a figurine of a German Shepherd made by Nymphenburg in the early 20th century. It is superbly modeled as one would expect from Nymphenburg and in the same condition as the day it was made :) The figurine is marked underneath with the impressed shield mark and the numbers 11 and 398, a roman numeral II incised and the modelers name impressed. Theodor Kaerner who is probably the best animal modeler ever. The piece is 5.5 inches tall, 9.5 inches long and 4.5 inches deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
