Gentleman Bottle Stopper

This is a rare figural bottle stopper made by Nymphenburg around 1900. Originally designed by Bustelli which can be seen easily. It is in the shape of a gentleman's head with a decorative column underneath. The porcelain is in excellent condition but the bottom of the cork has broken off which is no big deal. Marked in the back underneath the bow with the impressed shield mark. Probably more marks where the cork is but it is on there securely and I don't want to mess with it. The porcelain part is 3 inches tall, 1.25 inches wide and 1.5 inches deep. The cork part is an additional 1.125 inches long and it is 0.875 inches in diameter at the top. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $299
