Ermine Attacking Bird

This is an ermine attacking a bird made by Nymphenburg in the Art Nouveau period around 1909. An amazing piece! It is super detailed and painted to seem real. The piece is 6 inches tall, 7.5 inches wide and 9.5 inches deep. This figurine is from the original period when it was first designed which is very rare! It is in great condition with one claw of the bird having the very tip broken off, a glaze flaw on a feathertip of the wing, in the beak and where the wing attaches to the body. This is normal for this period and the size of the piece. A few black firing spots as well but none take away from the piece. It is marked underneath with the impressed shield mark , impressed 10 and incised 176. Also signed with the impressed shield mark highlighted in blue on the front of the base and signed by the artist initials CB under the right wing of the bird on the base. Cb might be for Christian Beck. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
