Polychrome Cockatoo Bird Figurine #2

This is a figurine of a cockatoo / parrot bird made by Nymphenburg in the 20th century. It is really nicely modeled sitting on a tree stump with a branch with its leaves coming out the front and hand painted elegantly with nice colors. This is the version with the wings up a bit but I also have the other version on the site with the wings against the body if anyone is interested in a rare pair. The figure is super cute. Not a model you see very often either which is a plus. The colorful plumage of the head feathers and the ends of the wings and tail are stunning! The piece is 7.5 inches tall, 5.375 inches wide and 7 inches deep. Marked with the impressed shield mark to the underside as well as numbers 413b and 6 plus the green shield mark with the crown above and Nymphenburg underneath it and the painter's initials NB in red as shown.
