Blanc De Chine Asian Lady w/Bird

This is a figurine of a Chinese lady made by Nymphenburg in the 20th century. The figure comes from a series of 17 or 18 figurines I think - this being one of the harder to find pieces and number 13 of the series for me. Originally it was off course modelled by Bustelli in the 18th century. This is the blanc de chine version but this also comes in a painted version though one rarely ever sees those. I own a few figures from this seriesand they are probably my favorite figures besides the commedia dell'Arte, off course. The figurine is of a noble lady or priestess (not sure) dressed in a flowing robe with a fancy hat on her head and a bird sitting on her right hand. The left hand with a finger stretched out as if to lure another bird on that hand. Some nice modeled details to the figurine and the typical base. The figure is 7.25 inches tall, 2.375 inches wide and 3.75 inches deep. She is in great condition with a piece of the strap missing that is holding her hat in place (it is in the back and invisible when on display plus the ends of the belt around her waste are slightly chipped as shown. Not obvious at all when on display. The figurine is marked with the impressed shield mark on top of the base as well as underneath plus the impressed numbers 197 and 7 as shown. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
