White Bacchus Figurine

This is a figurine of the wine god Bachus or Bacchus made by Nymphenburg in the early 20th century. He is in form of a putto sitting on an oak keg or barrel with a wine bottle under his arm and a glass of wine in his hand. Grapes covering his private area. Very detailed and lifelike and left in the white to show off the superb modeling better. The figurine is 4.375 inches tall, 2.375 inches wide and 2.75 inches deep. He is in perfect condition. The piece is marked underneath with the impressed numbers 241 over 3 and the shield mark. There is also an impressed shield on the back of the keg as shown in the pictures.
