Blanc de Chine Apple Seller Figurine

This is a great figure made by Nymphenburg in the early 20th century. It is of a lady with a barrel full of apples next to her and a small container in front of her maybe for the money she makes from selling the fruit. The lady has an apple in her left hand and is wearing a fancy dress and a hat. She is superbly modeled with tons of detail down to the little bows on her hat and dress. The piece is 5.625 inches tall, 4.75 inches wide and 3.75 inches deep. Marked with the impressed shield mark underneath as well as the impressed numbers 311 over 10 - the area over the mark was ground down a bit so the figure would sit flat on a shelf. There is another impressed shield mark to the front of that small pot in front of her. The figure is in perfect condition. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $499
