Puce & Black Tete a Tete

This is a super Mocha / Espresso / Turkish coffee set made by Nymphenburg in the 20th century. It is hand painted with lots of puce flowers and trim that stands out superbly against the black and white ground. One of my favorite designs that just doesn't get old. The set consists of a lidded pot, a lidded sugar dish, a creamer, two cups and saucers. 2 little side plates as well as a tray. The entire set is in superb condition which is always a plus :) All pieces are marked with the impressed shield mark and some numbers as well as the green shield with the word Nymphenburg underneath and some overglaze puce numbers. The lidded pot is 7.25 inches tall and 3.75 inches in diameter. The creamer is 3.625 inches tall and 2.375 inches in diameter. The cups are 1.875 inches tall and 2.25 inches in diameter. The saucers are 0.625 inches tall and 4.5 inches in diameter. The sugar is 3.375 inches tall and 3.125 inches in diameter. Each of the two side plates is 0.75 inches tall and has a diameter of 6.875 inches. And last but not least (actually quite hard to find) the tray - it is 0.625 inches tall, 13.25 inches wide and 9.625 inches deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $1599
