Bedlington Terrier Dog Figurine

This is a rare figurine of a Bedlington Terrier dog made by Nymphenburg in the 20th century. It was first designed by Konrad Schmid during the late 20s I beleive but is not a model one comes across often at all. His models and those of his coworker Kaerner are still the best models of dogs and other naimals out there today I believe! The figurine is superbly modeled and painted. It's got that curly fur and those funky ears. Lots of detail to it!. He is about 5.375 inches tall, 1.25 inches deep and 6.75 inches long. The figure is marked with the impressed letters FP (I think) the number 682 as well as their green shield mark with the letter A in script under it. I think this dates it to the 70s. He is in perfect condition which is somewhat surprising given that the tails ticks straight out. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $999
