Bacchus Figurine

This is a figurine of the wine god Bachus or Bacchus made by Nymphenburg in the beginning of the 20th century. He is in form of a putto sitting on an oak keg or barrel with a wine bottle under his arm and a glass of wine in his hand. Grapes covering his private area. Very detailed and lifelike. The figurine is 4.5 inches tall, 2.5 inches wide and 2.75 inches deep. He is in perfect condition. The piece is marked underneath with the impressed numbers 241 over 3 and the shield mark as well as Germany in green. There is also an impressed shield on the back of the keg as shown in the pictures. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
