Baby Blackbird Figurine

This is a figure of a cute baby bird which in German is called an Amsel and I think it is a type of blackbird in English. It was made by Nymphenburg in the mid 20th century. Super cute figurine! Not sure if this would be a male or female bird. The piece is 4.5 inches tall, 3.75 inches deep and 3.25 inches wide. It is in perfect condition. The bird is marked with the impressed shield mark colored in blue on the front of the base as well as an impressed shield mark underneath with the numbers 458 and 16. Also marked with the green shield mark with Nymphenburg underneath and Western Germany which dates it to right after WWII. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $499
