Nove Scenic Saucer

This is a great little saucer made by Cozzi in the 18th century. I know it says Nove underneath and this mark is generally attributed to Doccia or LeNove but I have seen and owned pieces by COzzi marked with the red star as well and even have two saucers of the same design and same maker where one has the red anchor Cozzi mark adn the other the red star. So we need to add the star to their marks for sure! So back to this saucer - It is handpainted with a nice scene on the front of a lady in a landscape surrounding with a fence type structure behind her. A nice butterfly above! The edge ahs a gold trim to it. The saucer is in great condition with a little bit of wear but not bad at all! The saucer is 0.75 inches tall and 4.5 inches in diameter. It is marked underneath with the red star mark as shown. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
