Pair of White Doves Figurine

This is a really fun miniature figurine of two white doves made by Meissen in the 20th century. Perfect as a wedding present! The two doves have their wings spread open and are real close to each other while standing on a nice base with some roses to it held together with a blue ribbon. A bit of grass painted on the base and some relief scrolls to the edge all around. A superbly modeled piece that is hand painted perfectly! The figure is super cute and not a model one sees often at all. Amazing quality as one expects from the top maker in the world :) The figure is in perfect condition. It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue crossed swords mark as well as the usual impressed numbers and a painter's mark 48 in red as shown.
