Red Fox Figurine

This is a cute red fox figurine made by Meissen in the 20th century. A very well modeled figure that is hand painted perfectly. Similar to the other fox figure I have but this one here has his right front paw lifted. The fox is looking right at you while standing on a white base with three flowers on it and a tree stump in the middle. Really one of the better small figurines they made and hard to find. The figurine is in perfect condition. It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue crossed swords mark as well as the usual impressed marks and the word foreign printed along the edge of the underside as shown. Made for export. The piece is 2.375 inches tall, just over 1 inch wide and 2.75 inches long. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
