Small Cobalt Blue Quatrefoil Dish / Saucer

This is a small saucer made by Meissen in the later 19th century . The piece has a quatrefoil shape to it and was likely a saucer to a similarly shaped small cup but could also be used as a nut dish or to hold a teabag or anything else you want to use it for. The piece is hand painted in the center with a floral arrangement on white ground surrounded by some fancy gold trim with the rest of the piece having a deep cobalt blue ground color and some more fancy gold trim to the rim. That blue and gold combination has to be among the very best in the porcelain world! Looks amazing. The saucer is in perfect condition which is always nice and is marked with the under glaze blue crossed swords mark underneath as well as the usual impressed number as shown. It is 0.875 inches tall, 4.75 inches wide and 3.625 inches deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $249
