Fish Seller Lady

This is a rare figurine made by Meissen in about 1742. A lady selling fish. She isn't as spectacular as the Harlequins or Commedia dell'Arte but nontheless spectacular and quite old! Wish I looked this good after that many years :) The lady is simply painted and but that shows the detail off very nicely and is probably a perfect presentation of what an actual fish selling lady would have looked like 260 plus years ago which is the part I find amazing! She is holding a large fish in her hands - not sure what kind - and has a basket with lots of smaller fish by her side. She is wearing a hat type thing, a nice skirt with an apron and no shoes. There are nice leaves and flowers by her feet. She displays perfectly but I had some minor flaws brought back to perfection on her - the foot that is sticking out had a chip to the big toe, the fish tail had a small chip to the top part of the fin and she had part of the thumb missing on her left hand! There is also a flaw on the back of her skirt and the base which must have happened when she got stuck to something else duing the firing but I didn't have that touched up since it is part of the charm of these early piece and two leaves were chipped but all that is back to perfect now. The piece is quite heavy. She is 7.375 inches tall, 3.75 inches wide and 2.5 inches deep. The figure is unmarked but obviously Meissen. Flat base underneath typical of these early pieces with a hole in it and a museum ID # where she used to be plus some sort of old collection mark?
