Early Hunting Lady Saucer

This is an amazing saucer made by Meissen in about 1735. It is hand painted with a very unusual scene of a lady hunter or falconess with a falcon on her right hand, a rifle in her left hand and a dog behind her sticking out on the left side. Nice greenery and some tiny insects as well. I cannot recall ever seeing a scene quite like it and it is definitely a very early piece. Superb fancy gold trim to the edge. The saucer are in perfect condition with some very minor wear to the high points of some tiny impurities in the paste. It is about 1.125 inches tall and 5.375 inches in diameter and is marked with the underglaze blue crossed swords mark as well as a gilders mark B.
