Butterfly & Berries Saucer

This is a great early saucer made by Meissen in about 1745. It is handpainted with some superb bugs including a large butterfly. There is also an arrangement of what look to be red and white currants with their twigs and leaves. Superb gold trim to the rim. The saucer is in superb condition with very very minimal wear to the gilding and a tiny chip from the making. The saucer is 1 inch tall and has a diameter of just over 5.25 inches. It is marked with the underglaze blue crossed swords mark underneath as shown as well as an impressed 63 and a script A as a gilder's mark. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
