Boettger Grapevine Cup & Saucer

This is a rare blanc de chine cup and saucer made by Meissen around 1720-25. They are still made of Boettger porcelain and are nicely decoarted with the grape vine or trailing vine pattern in relief. Otherwise they are plain white to show of the porcelain they were so proud of. The set is in great condition with a small repaired chip to the cup rim (last three pictures show the area). There are some small firing flaws like black specs and a small firing crack in the bottom center of the saucer. Both are marked with the earliest underglaze blue crossed swords mark underneath as shown with the one on the saucer being especially nice. The cup is just under 1.75 inches tall and 3.125 inches in diameter. The saucer is 4.875 inches in diameter and 1.125 inches tall. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
