Miniature Chicken Couple Figurine #2

This is a fun miniature chicken figurine made by Meissen in the mid to late 19th century. It's one of the more collected one - I wonder why. The figure is of a rooster and a hen having some special fun. The figurine is superbly modeled and hand painted and in great condition. No chips, restorations, etc. The piece is marked underneath with the blue crossed swords mark as well as the usual incised marks and impressed numbers for this period as shown. The figurine is 1.5 inches tall, 1.375 inches wide and 3 inches long. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
