Floral Scale Design Cup & Saucer #3

This is a great cup and saucer made by Ludwigsburg in the 18th century around 1760. It is from the very sought after scale relief design ( Schuppenmuster ) series that you don't see very often at all. The set has the scale design to the paste all around with a nice large hand painted floral arrangement as well as some smaller flowers and a brown trim to the egde. The cup has a fancy handle also highlighted with a bit of brown trim. The set is in great condition with some minor small shallow chips along the top edge of the cup and a chip to the foot ring of the saucer. The cup and the saucer are marked underneath with the under glaze blue CC under the crown as well as various incised marks as shown as well as some painter's marks - a line to the saucer as well as ch. in red and another mark to the cup as shown. The saucer is 1.375 inches tall and 5.25 inches in diameter. The cup is 2.625 inches tall and has a diameter of 2.75 inches. Please email me for more information or photos.
