Dancer Figurine

This is a great figurine of a dancing lady made by Ludwigsburg between 1759 and 1770of the 18th century. Superbly modeled and hand painted with the lady wearing a nice dress and a hat while standing on a base with scrolls highlighted in puce. The figure is marked with the crown over CC mark in under glaze blue as well as some of their usual incised letters though they are hard to make out. The figurine is 5.375 inches tall, 3.5 inches wide and 2.75 inches deep. The figurine displays perfectly but had some work done to her. Both arms are restored near the shoulders, her hat had some work done to it and the pinky on her right hand have been restored and that has darkened since and could use a little redo. Having said all that the piece really does display superbly and looks amazing. One does not see their figurines often at all these days! Please email me for more information or photos.
