Book & Painting Seller

This is a figurine of a lady selling books and paintings made by Ludwigsburg. It was made between 1770 and 1790 and is marked with the CC mark in underglaze blue. Incised letter A and number 50 as well as painters mark G in overglaze brown. The figure is a bit under 5.5 inches tall, 2.25 inches wide and 2.5 inches deep. She is in great condition withsome firing cracks around the neck and a small chip to the painting she is rolling up in her hands. Please email me for more information or photos.
