Lady w/ Birds Figurine

This is a cute figurine of a girl or young lady made by Ludwigsburg probably towards the end of this maker in the early 19th century or possibly the very late 18th century. The girl has a large basket standing next to her in which three geese or ducks stick their heads out but most is covered with a cloth. She is holding another bird in her left arm. She is nicely dressed and wearing a large hat. Typical base for this period! The figure is nicely modeled and hand painted perfectly! It is in great condition with the brim of the hat and the bow on top of the hat having been restored fairly well. One loop of the bow on her right shoe is missing but that looks to be a manufacturing flaw. Some imperfections around the bottom edge of the base from when the piece was made. The figurine displays nicely! She is marked on the back of the base with a script L mark in under glaze blue as shown - not a mark one sees often at all!
