Lucretia Stabbing Herself

This is a figurine of Lucretia stabbing herself made by Ludwigsburg in about 1767. A nicely modeled figurine of the lady holding a knife in her right hand with her other hand on her head and some blood between her exposed breasts. She is wearing a nice gown and standing on a base with a tree trunk in the back. The figure is marked with incised CM:3p and s3 and has the painter's mark S in brown. It is 5.25 inches tall, 2.25 inches wide and 2.125 inches deep. The piece displays nicely but there are some issues - the tip of the knife is missing, her right arm has a clean break to it as shown, a firing crack in the other arm and a break in the tree trunk as shown. Sounds worse than it is and a decent restorer could easily bring her back to perfection or she looks great as is. Please email me for more information or photos.
