Weichmalerei w/Green Ground Plate #3

This is a superb plate made by KPM in the early 20th century. It is hand painted with a nice floral arrangement in the center including some yellowish blossoms (could be some sort of Daisy) with some more flowers and greenery around in the Weichmalerei style. The rim has three panels of golden twigs and some very fancy gold work in between with a light green ground color in the raised gold parts along the rim. Some of that gilding juts out into the well of the plate. The gold work is super detailed and amazing. A truly stunning and elegant plate and not something one sees everyday either. The plate is in perfect condition with some very very minor wear in a spot or two. The piece is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter mark as well as the over glaze red KPM orb mark showing it was painted by KPM and the usual impressed and painter's / gilder's marks as shown. The plate is 1.25 inches tall and 9.125 inches in diameter. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
