Wild Strawberries , etc. Plate

This is a really nice plate made by KPM in the early 20th century. It is from their amazing Neuzierat line of plates and has a very nice hand painted still life scene in the center that fills most of the white area which I think are by far their best examples. The plate has a combination of wild strawberries, different types of pine cones as well as beachnuts, some needles and leaves. It's a great combo and the pine cones are an unusual and really nice addition to this scene. The rim rim itself is painted with gold on a raised design that is the defining design of the Neuzierat pieces and what makes these pieces look amazing. The plate is in great condition with just one spot of stacking wear on one of the leaves as shown. It displays perfectly! It is 8.625 inches in diameter so a nice size and not one of the smaller versions. The piece is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter, the red orb mark, as well as the usual artist's and impressed marks, etc. of the period.
