Set of Eight Veggie Plates

This is a super set of eight vegetable plates made by KPM around 1909. They are all completely handpainted with many different vegetables and some fruit. Each plate has a main theme to the center and then something smaller painted on the rim. The rims are of a relief basketweave pattern with a gold trim to the outside edge. Most of the plates are marked in black on the back as to what vegetable is painted on the front. Two are not. Each plate is 1.25 inches tall and 9.625 inches in diameter. They are all in great condition (small amount of wear to one or two) and marked underneath with the underglaze blue scepter as well as the red orb mark. Also some impressed letters, etc. The lettuce plate for example has an impressed I with dots around it and the letter T. It also has written on there Kopfsalat (lettuce) and Rote Kartoffel (red potatoe). A red star mark for the painters mark and 11/13 in black. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
