Floral Urbino Cup & Saucer #1

This is a nice cup and saucer made by KPM right around the mid 20th century right after WWII. I think it is in the Urbino design but could be Berlin as well. The set is hand painted with a nice flower on each piece as well as a gold trim to the edges. Nice sleek shape. This design from this period is one of the most elegant and delicate KPM ever made I think. Simple lines and thinnly potterd with a nicely done single flower - just amazing! The cup & saucer are marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter with the S under it for the Selb location, the red orb mark as well as some painter's marks and the usual impressed marks as shown. The cup is 1.625 inches tall and 3.875 inches in diameter. The saucer is 0.75 inches tall and has a diameter of 6 inches. They are in perfect condition!
