Urbino Floral Single Saucer #2

This is a nice cup made by KPM right around the mid 20th century right after WWII. I think it is in the Berlin design but could be Urbino as well. The piece is hand painted with a nice daffodil flower on one side as well as a gold trim to the edges. This design from this period are some of the most elegant and delicate cups KPM ever made I think. Simple lines and thinnly potted with a nicely done single flower - just amazing! The cup is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter with the S under it for Selb, the red orb mark as well as some black numbers and the usual impressed marks as shown. It is 1.75 inches tall and 3.875 inches in diameter and in perfect condition - just missing its saucer sadly. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $99
