Starry Night Vase

This is a vase made by KPM in the mid 20th century. It was designed by the famous Trude Petri and has a nice round shape to it that is painted with a black ground color with lots of tiny gold spots all over it. Reminds me of a starry night :) A very modern design and elegant that is popular amoung collectors and it comes in many different painted versions this one being one of the rarer ones! The vase is in perfect conditon. The piece is 4.25 inches tall and 4 inches in diameter. It is marked underneath with the underglaze blue scepter mark with the S underneath for the Selb location of the factory right around the end of WWII. It also ahs the red orb mark and some black numbers as shown underneath. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
