Small Scenic Plate or Saucer

This is either a really small plate or a saucer for a cup made by KPM in the 20th century. It is hand painted with a good quality scene in the center with a building in it I do not recognize in a landscape surrounding. Two gold rings around the well of the plate and a thicker gold trim around the edge of the plate. The plate is in perfect condition. It is 0.75 inches tall and has a diameter of 5.25 inches. The piece is marked underneath with the underglaze blue scepter, the red orb as well as a painter's mark and the usual impressed marks common to the period.
