Reticulated Weichmalerei Plate

This is a reticulated plate made by KPM in the beginning of the 20th century. It is handpainted with a superb floral arrangement in the Weichmalerei style in the center, has a reticulated rim highlighted with a fancy gold design and is very elegant all around. The plate is in perfect condition and marked underneath with the underglaze blue scepter mark as well as the overglaze red KPM orb mark showing it was painted by KPM. Also some impressed marks typical of this time period. There are two painters marks on the footring. The plate is 1.25 inches tall and 8.75 inches in diameter.
