Queen of Holland Service Butter Pad #2

This is a butter pad made by KPM in the early 20th century. It is decorated in the so called Queen of Holland ( Königin von Holland ) design with a bit of a relief design to the paste highlighted with fancy gilding and a nice reddish trim to the edge. The gold roses are my favorite part of this design. Not one that comes up very often but it is quite nice. Never seen a butter pad before. The piece is in perfect condition. It is 0.625 inches tall and and just under 3.5 inches in diameter. Marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter, the red orb mark as well as the usual black numbers, artists marks and impressed marks as shown. A cut line under the red orb denoting it being a second choice piece. No idea why. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $59
