Floral Scent Bottle

This is a superb perfume / scent bottle / flacon made by KPM in the early 20th century. It is hand painted very nicely with a floral arrangement to the front and back with some nice relief detail partially highlighted with gilding, a little handle to either side with a pink band design wrapped around it and a blue leaf design to the top part. It still has its nicely shaped original metal stopper as well as the original cork on it. The metal is brass or bronze and could use a bit of a polish to bring the shine back but it's fine the way it is as well. It is a bit loose since the cork is old and has been openend so many times over all these years and dried out a bit but that is normal! The piece is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter mark, the red orb as well as a gilder's and painter's mark as shown. The perfume bottle is 4.75 inches tall with the stopper, 1.75 inches wide and 1 inch deep. The piece is in great condition with just a tiny shallow flake to the underside rim which doesn't show when on display. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
