Ozier Relief Tray

This is a tray / serving platter made by KPM in the early 20th century. The design is called Ozier and a tray is not an easy piece to find for this service. This could be used as a serving tray or to hold a tete a tete or solitaire on it. The tray is hand painted with a large floral arrangement on one side with two small flowers and a butterfly filling in the rest of the space. Nice basket weave relief design to the rim and two fancy relief molded handles highlighted with gilding. Gold trim to the edge as well. The tray is in great condition with two tiny nibbles on the points of the handle area. Gilded to be invisible unless you really search for them. The tray is 2.125 inches tall, 16.375 inches long and 12.125 inches wide. The piece is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter mark, the red orb mark as well as a painter's mark and the usual impressed marks pieces of this period have. Please email me for more information or other pictures.

Price is $749
