Nude Lady w/Fish Figurine

This is a superb figurine made by KPM in the mid 20th century. It is of a young lady kneeling in the waves close to shore while holding a fish in between her legs. The figure was originally modeled by Suse Müller-Diefenbach around 1938. The piece is superbly modeled with lots of details and elft in the white to show them all off. The figure is in great condition with a small chip to the rim of the base mostly on the underside but a tiny bit is visible from the side as shown. The figurine is 10 inches tall, 4.25 inches wide and 5.75 inches long. It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter (first choice) as well as a number 3 and the usual impressed marks of this period as shown. A really nice figurine!
