Neuzierat Pedestal Dish

This is a superb cake plate / pedestal dish / tazza made by KPM in the early 20th century. It is hand painted with a great floral scene in the centerof the plate in the Weichmalerei colors of the Art Nouveau period which happens to be my wife's favorite time for KPM. The rim itself is painted with gold on a raised design that is quite nice as well. The foot has more raised gold to it as well as six more floral scenes with the foot edge having another nice gold trim to it and three feet sticking out. The dish is in perfect condition which is nice as most one finds have been damaged. The plate part has a diameter of 8.75 inches and it is 5.25 inches tall. The plate is marked underneath with the underglaze blue scepter, the red orb mark, painter's and gilder's marks as well the usual impressed marks of the period. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
