Butterfly Design Serving Spoon

This is a nice large serving spoon made by KPM in the 20th century. A bit hard to date these but the way the butterfly is painted and the colors fit perfectly to a 20th century piece. It is decorated with a hand painted butterfly inside the bowl part, a purple flower to the other end, a bit of green and puce trim to the end, green lines where the stem attaches to the bowl and a bit of gold trim. A simple and elegant piece! Not easy to find these serving spoons by them. The spoon is in perfect condition with a minor touch of wear to the gilding. It is not marked but that is fairly normal for spoons made by KPM since that would interfere with the design. It is 7.75 inches long and the bowl is 2.75 inches long, 1.75 inches wide and 1 inch deep. Please email me for more information or other pictures.
