Damaged Floral Kaiser Wilhelm Plate

This is a plate made by KPM in 1903 for the personal use of Kaiser Wilhelm the Second. The rim has a basketweave design to it with a superbly gilded design on it and the well of the plate has a large hand painted floral arrangement in it with four smaller ones on the edge. Superb quality and shape! What makes this piece special besides being a nicely done piece is the fact that it was made for royalty and has the Kaiser's personal monogram on the back! The plate is in OK condition - there are three small chips along the verye dge, a large chip with a short hairline going from it and another chip to the back side of the plate as shown. It would be an easy fix for a decent restorer and it's still a neat peice of history to own! The piece is 1.5 inches tall and has a diameter of 9.75 inches. It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter, the red orb as well as some impressed marks common to these pieces. And off course the WR under a crown and the year 1903 under that.
