Interesting Royalty Plate #1

This is plate made by KPM in the early 20th century. The decoration is based on the famous Preußen-Service aka Prussian Royal Table Service and is a nicely hand painted with three floral orange arrangements, a gold trim on a basketweave design along the edge with the best part being the center which has a cherub holding a monogram with a crown with feathers above it. The Prussian service was so popular that a lot of important people ordered services based on it including King Umberto of Italy. I am not sure who this plate was made for but I am looking into it some more. Online there is a seller that sells them as part of the Prussian royal service but then it would have Kasiser Wilhelm II monogram to the udnerside as well as a year mark. So that is not correct. Either way it is a really nicely done plate with some sort of aristocratic history to it. I will try to uncover it and that is one of my favorite things with porcelain. Always something new to find out and learn! The plate is in superb condition with just a very very minor touch of wear to the gilding. As nice an example as you will find! The plate is 1.375 inches tall and 9.625 inches in diameter. It is marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter, the red orb as well as various artist and impressed marks as shown.
