Feldblumen Creamer & Sugar Dish W/ Gold Bugs

This is a superb lidded sugar dish and creamer set from the Feldblumen series made by KPM in the mid 20th century. I have quite a few pieces from this service and we use it daily but the version with the gold trim and gold bugs is very hard to find. I also have the coffee pot and some plates but not many of our dishes have the gold bugs so this was a thrilling find! This service is one of those superb ones you can actually use since the decoration of flowers is in relief instead of painted. Makes it more resilient to being washed often. A really nice looking set! Both pieces are in perfect condition as is the lid. Both are marked underneath with the under glaze blue scepter as well as the red orb mark and some black number, etc. as shown. The creamer is 2.625 inches tall, 4.25 inches wide from handle to spout and 3.125 inches deep. The sugar dish is 2.75 inches tall including the finial and 3.625 inches in diameter.
