Large Neuzierat Full Gold Saucer

This is a very large saucer made by KPM in the early 20th century. The design is called Neuzierat and this is the rarer version with the spaces between the raised design and the rims filled with a gold ground color. This saucer would ahve been for a large breakfast cup and is very ahrd to find. Could be used as a tea / coffee pot underplate as well. The piece is hand painted superbly with two larger floral arrangements and two small flowers and have a superb raised gold trim in between and is marked underneath with the underglaze blue scepter mark as well as the red orb and various painter's / gilder's and impressed marks as shown. The saucer is in great condition with some very minor wear and the unglazed areas around the gold trim has grayed a bit which is common over time.
