Nice Fish Scene Plate

This is a superb plate made by KPM in the early 20th century. The plate is hand painted with a fish design in the center including a large carp (I think) as well as two smaller ones with a bit of seaweed below and a very light ground color to simulate the water. The rim has a nicely shaped edge with gold trim to it. The pieceis in perfect condition. It is 1 inch tall and 9.75 inches in diameter so a nice size. The plate is marked underneath with the underglaze blue scepter as well as the red orb mark and the usual impressed marks, a painter's mark and a black 31/40.
