Cherub Scene Perfume Bottle

This is a superb perfume bottle / flakon made by KPM in the early 20th century. It is hand painted very nicely with a floral arrangement to one side and a superb cherub scene to the other side and lots of gold highlights around the sides. It still has its nicely shaped original metal stopper as well as the original cork on it which still sits thightly in place which is nice. The piece is marked underneath with the underglaze blue scepter mark, the red orb as well as various artist and impressed marks as shown. The perfume bottle is 5.5 inches tall with the stopper, 2.25 inches wide and 1.125 inches deep. The piece is in great condition with some minor gold wear to the sides. Price is $999
